CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING WAIVER FOR 60TH ANNIVESARY LOGO WINNER
WHEREAS, Mounds View is celebrating its 60" year as a city; and
WHEREAS, a committee was formed to plan events, one of which was a logo contest;
and
WHEREAS, local schools were asked to distribute to their students; and
WHEREAS, 7 submissions were received with the committee choosing Kelly Tekautz
from Edgewood Middle School as the winner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds
View, to authorize execution of the Waiver to use drafted by legal counsel Kennedy and Graven
and signed by the mother and father of Kelly.
Passed and adopted this 26"' day of March, 2018.
