the Mounds View City Council will
hold a public hearing on Monday,
April 9, 2018 at 6:30 PM at Mounds
View City Hall, 2401 Mounds View
Blvd, Mounds View, MN 55112 to
consider Ordinance 941, amending
Title 1100, Section 1104.01 of the
Mounds View City Code regulating
Yard Requirements, reducing the
front yard setback for Front Porch-
es in Residential districts.
Anyone wanting to speak about
this matter may be heard at this
meeting. If you are unable to attend
the meeting but want to comment,
you may call, submit a letter, or
send an email to Jon Sevald. City
staff will forward the comments to
the City Council.
Information and copies of the
proposed ordinance amendment
are available for review at City
Hall. If you have any questions

THE CITY CODE, TITLE 1100,
SECTION 1104.01 RELATED
TO YARD REQUIREMENTS
On April 9, 2018, the City Council
adopted Ordinance 941 by amend-
ing Title 1100, Section 1104.01 of
the Mounds View City Code regu-
lating Yana Requirements, reducing
the front yard setback for Front
Porches in Residential districts.
A printed copy of the ordinance
is available for inspection during
regular business hours at Mounds
View City Hall and is available on
line at the City's web site located at
www.ci.mounds-view.amus .
