STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR MUSTANG DRIVE AND
MUSTANG CIRCLE FOR PAVEMENT REHABILITATION AND DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is considering to reconstruct Mustang Drive
and Mustang Circle; and,
WHEREAS, this project will include pavement rehabilitation and drainage
improvements; and,
WHEREAS, this project is proposed to be assessed in accordance with Chapter
202 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has ordered and accepted a feasibility study to
include cost estimates in unit prices and total project cost; and,
WHEREAS, the estimated total cost of the improvement derived from the
feasibility study is $610,000.00; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View sets a public hearing on February 23, 2015 at 7:05pm, to be held at
Mounds View City Hall, 2401 County Road 10, Mounds View, MN 55112, to consider
the pavement rehabilitation and drainage improvements.
