CALL MEETING TO ORDER
ROLL CALL: Coughlin, Quick, Stigney, Thomason, and Marty.

2. APPROVAL OF EDA MINUTES
A. Approve Minutes of May 24, 1999
Mayor Coughlin stated that, with approval of Authority, he would abstain from voting on the
minutes, as he was not present at the May 24, EDA meeting.
MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Thomason. To approve minutes of EDA for May 24, 1999 as
presented.
Ayes — 3 Nays — 0 Abstain — 1 (Coughlin) Motion carried.
