STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
RENEWAL FOR MOE'S AMERICAN GRILL LOCATED AT
2400 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, Moe's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2018; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View liquor licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, Staff received all pertinent application materials and fees; and
WHEREAS, Moe's appears to meet all provisions of Chapter 502 of the Mounds
View Municipal Code entitled, "Intoxicating Liquor';
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Moe's American Grill,
contingent upon payment of the outstanding utility bill;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license is effective from July 1, 2018 to
June 30, 2019.
