A. Approve minutes of June 28, 1999.
Commissioner Marty requested a correction to Page 3, first paragraph, third line, to indicate"100
percent of the improved value."
MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Quick. To approve minutes of EDA for June 28, 1999 as
corrected.
Ayes—5 Nays—0 Motion carried.
