CALL TO ORDER
The Economic Development Authority was called to order by Vice President Koopmeiners at 10:26 p.m.on
June 23, 1997.

Economic Development Cathy Bennett,Clerk Administrator Chuck Whiting,and City Attorney Bob Long.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Duane McCarty

APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Quick to Approve the Agenda as presented.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Stigney to approve the minutes of the EDA Meeting on June 9, 1997 as
presented.
VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried
CONSENT AGENDA:
There were no items on the Consent Agenda.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
There were no Public Hearings scheduled for this meeting.
EDA BUSINESS:
A. Consideration of a Resolution 97-EDA-69, Approving the Contract for Private Development by
and between the City of Mounds View,the Mounds View Economic Development Authority and V.B.
Diggs,LLC and Authorizing the Execution of the Agreement by the President and the Executive
Director.
Ms.Bennett asked that this item be tabled at this time.
