CALL TO ORDER
The Economic Development Authority was called to order by President
Linke on January 23 , 1995 at 7 :48 p.m.
ROLL CALL
MEMBERS PRESENT: President, Jerry Linke; Vice President, Phyllis
Blanchard; Secretary, Julie Trude; Commissioners Gary Quick and Sue
Hankner; and Executive Director, Samantha Orduno
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
IIIOTHERS PRESENT: Economic Development Coordinator, Cathy Bennett
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Quick to Approve EDA Agenda
VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
There were no minutes to approve.
CONSENT AGENDA:
There were no items placed on the Consent Agenda for this meeting.
PUBLIC HEARING:
There were no public hearings scheduled for this meeting.
EDA BUSINESS:
A. Consideration of Resolution No. 95-EDA18 Reappointment of
Members to the Economic Development Commission and Designating
an EDA Liaison

IIIThis item was tabled at the EDA meeting on January 9, 1995.
The Resolution has been amended to designate the , staggered
terms of the members and the liaison of the Economic
Development Commission.
MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Hankner to Approve Resolution No. 95-
EDA18 Reappointment of Members to the Economic Development
Commission and Designating an EDA Liaison
Vice President Blanchard expressed concern that both members'
terms expiring in 1996 are business people.
President Linke clarified that the designated Liaison to the
Economic Development Commission was Commissioner Hankner and
Commissioner Quick has been designated as the alternate EDA
Liaison.
Linke welcomed Rosemary Goff, a member of the Economic
Development Commission.
