CALL TO ORDER
The Economic Development Authority was called to order by President Linke
on March 28, 1994 8: 55 p.m.
ROLL CALL
MEMBERS PRESENT: President, Jerry Linke; Vice President, Phyllis
Blanchard; Secretary, Diane Wuori; Commissioners Gary Quick and Julie
Trude; Executive Director, Samantha Orduno; and Clerk, Michele Severson
MEMBERS ABSENT: Treasurer, Don Brager
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:

VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried
APPROVAL OF MINUTES As this was the first meeting, there were no previous
minutes to approve.
