CALL TO ORDER
The Economic Development Authority was called to order by President Linke
on April 25, 1994 9 :22 p.m.
ROLL CALL
MEMBERS PRESENT: President, Jerry Linke; Vice President, Phyllis
Blanchard; Secretary, Diane Wuori; Commissioners Gary Quick and Julie
Trude; Executive Director, Samantha Orduno; and Clerk, Michele Severson
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
• MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Blanchard to Approve EDA Agenda
VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
MOTION/SECOND: Approve Minutes of EDA Meeting, March 28, 1994 as
Amended
President Linke made minor correction regarding changing Acting
Mayor Blanchard to President Linke on page 3 regarding adjournment
of the meeting.
VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried
CONSENT AGENDA
Set a public hearing for May 9, 1994, immediately following the City
Council Meeting to consolidate the Authority's Tax Increment Districts
