To: Honorable Mayor and City Council

Item Title/Subject: All Funds Budgets for 2011
Attached are the possible adjustments that the Council has been considering for your reference.
Please bring your budget package from the October 4th work session to save paper.
The Council has had an opportunity to at least have a cursory review of all city funds. The
General fund has had the most extensive review and can continue to have changes made up
thru final adoption in mid December.
The Truth-In-Taxation hearing will be held at 6pm December 6th and a continuation hearing may
be held on December 13th if necessary.
Staff is looking for any additional direction on the budget that the Council wants to provide.
