CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Adopting Modifications to Section 1.1 and 4.1.A of the City's Purchasing Policy
WHEREAS, the City desires to maintain a purchasing policy that is concise and
appropriately reflects the policies established by the City Council with regard to purchases or
reimbursements made by the City; and
WHEREAS, Sections 1.1 and 4. LA of the Purchasing Policy require modification to make
those sections more specific and understandable; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has discussed the proposed changes and wishes to include the
modifications in the City's purchasing policy.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Mounds View
that the City's purchasing policy, Section 1.1 and Section 4. LA will be modified to reflect the
attached wording.
