RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER FOR TENNIS COURT GATES AT
GROVELAND PARK
WHEREAS, the City Council, upon recommendation from the Parks, Recreation &
Forestry Commission adopted resolution 8978 allocating funds to upgrade tennis courts at
Greenfield and Groveland Parks; and,
WHEREAS, resolution 8978 included $13,000 in contingency funds; and,
WHEREAS, the inclusion of two gates will allow handicap access, cleaning and
surface maintenance equipment into one of (Groveland) the courts; and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council
approves a change order not to exceed $9,500 for the construction and installation of two
access gates at Groveland Park. .
