The Mounds View Planning Commission was called 1 . Call to Order
to order. by Chairman Mountin at 7: 38 p.m. on
Wednesday, November 15, 1989.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Miller, 2. Roll Call
Burgers, Zollner and Chairman Mountin.
It was noted Commissioner Dian had an excused
absence and Commissioner Jones had an unexcused
absence.
ALSO PRESENT: Councilmember Wuori and Planner.
Hren.
There were no residents requests or comments 3. Residents Requests
from the floor. . and Comments From
the Floor
City Planner Hren explained the request of 4. Willard Doty,
Willard Doty for a minor. subdivision. Mr . 3049 Bronson Dr . ,
Doty was present to respond to any questions. Planning Case
No other Mounds View residents were present No . 280-89
regarding this request .
The Planning Commission revised Resolution No.
270-89 to include a provision stating that the
requirements of the City Engineer have been
complied with.
Motion/Second: Miller/Burgers to adopt Resolution
No. 270-89 recommending approval of the minor subdi-
vision request of Willard Doty, 3049 Bronson Drive .

Chairman Mountin adjourned the meeting at 5. Adjournment

RESOLUTION NO. 270-89
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MINOR SUBDIVISION
REQUEST BY WILLARD DOTY, 3049 BRONSON DRIVE,
PLANNING CASE NO. 280-89
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed
minor subdivision request by Willard Doty for the property
located at 3049 Bronson Drive, legally known as Spring Lake Park
Knolls, west one-half of Lots 61 and 62, as shown on the
Certificate of Survey dated April 27, 1987; and
WHEREAS, each of the proposed lots meet the minimum lot
area and width requirements as outlined in the zoning and
subdivision ordinances; and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the City Engineer have been
complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning
Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends to the City
Council approval of the requested minor subdivision contingent
upon:
1. This resolution and the Certificate of Survey be
recorded with Ramsey County within sixty (60 ) days of
final adoption.
2. The applicant pay the park dedication fee of $100. 00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council
prior to approval of the minutes.
