The Mounds View Planning Commission was called to order 1 . Call to

The Planning Commission agreed they would like the
applicant present for discussion before taking any
action. It was noted the applicant had been out of
town, and Staff had not spoken to her recently.
Motion/Second: Burgers/Zollner to table action on
this item to the agenda session, until the applicant
is present, and call to order at that time.

Chair Mountin directed Staff to determine if there
is any property in Mounds View where the address is
other than the front of the property and report back
to the Planning Commission.

The Planning Commission welcomed Commissioner
Burgers back from his leave of absence.
The attendees at the August 15 agenda session were
Commissioners Colleen, Jones, Miller, Peterson,
Zollner and Chair Mountin, Councilmember Wuori and
Assistant Engineer Gamble.
It was determined there would not be a quorum for
the September agenda session, so the meeting was
rescheduled to September 26, 1990, with Staff
directed to publish notice, post it and specifically
mark the packets with the change of date.
It was agreed to work on Chapter 32 of the Municipal
Code at the next agenda meeting.
There being no further business before the Planning 8. Adjournment
Commission, Chair Mountin adjourned the meeting at
8:08 p.m.
