It was further clarified that City Engineer Minetor had reviewed and approved of the storm drainage plan for the area. The Planning Commission reviewed proposed Resolu- tion No. 302-90, adding that approval would be contingent upon approval of Rice Creek Watershed District for the drainage plan, and approval of the landscaping plan by the City Forester. Motion/Second: Zollner/Miller to approve Resolution No. 302-90, recommending to the City Council approval of the site plan design submitted by Everest Development, 4825 Mustang Circle, Planning Case No. • 266-89, and waive the reading . 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried Mr. Harrington advised Gerald Geisinger, at 7555 7 . Staff Report Spring Lake Road, has reworked his plans and now will be able to meet setback and all Code requirements . He has formally withdrawn his request for a variance and will be submitting it in writing . Respectfully submitted, e JJ Paul Harrington Planning Technician • • MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 301-90 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ADDITIONAL ACCESSORY BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR RAY REILLEY, 7660 SPRING LAKE ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 314-90 WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the request of Ray Reilley for additional accessory building square footage; and WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows by conditional use permit up to 1,264 square feet of accessory building square footage on one lot; and WHEREAS, the proposed total accessory building square footage on the lot is 1,100 square feet which is below the maximum allowed; and WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable setback requirements . • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of the requested conditional use permit for additional accessory building square footage by Ray Reilley, 7660 Spring Lake Road, contingent upon the following: a) That the conditional use permit is recorded with Ramsey County. b) The building shall be designed and maintained to provide a uniform appearance with the dwelling unit. c) That if the use should change for what the permit was granted for, the permit will become null and void. BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes. MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 302-90 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF THE SITE PLAN DESIGN SUBMITTED BY EVEREST DEVELOPMENT, 4825 MUSTANG CIRCLE, PLANNING CASE NO. 266-89 WHEREAS, Everest Development, representing Tyson Trucking, has requested a site review for an addition to a truck maintenance building located at 4825 Mustang Circle; and WHEREAS, Chapter 59 .07 of the Municipal Code outlines the requirements of a development review; and WHEREAS, Everest Development has submitted a site plan dated September 17, 1990, and received September 18, 1990, henceforth known as Exhibit 1; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the site plan and determined that it is in conformance with Chapter 59 . 07 of the Municipal Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission recommends approval of the site plan submitted by Everest Development for 4825 Mustang Circle. BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes. Adopted this 3rd day of October, 1990 .
