The Mounds View Planning Commission was 1. Call To Order
called to order by Chair Mountin at 7: 36
p.m. on March 3, 1993 .
MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Colleen, 2 . Roll Call
Miller, Nelson, Peterson, Stevenson, and
Chair Mountin. Commissioner Ruggles was
on a leave of absence.
ALSO PRESENT: Planner Harrington and
Councilmember Rickaby.

Planner Harrington reviewed a staff 5. Staff Report
recommendation that an informational
letter be sent to affected property
owners regarding the potential extension
of Greenwood Drive north of Sherwood
Road. Following discussion, it was the
consensus of the Planning Commission
that a recommendation to proceed with
the informational mailing be made to the
City Council.
Chair Mountin reported that the Park and 6. Report of Chair
Ride facility at County Road H is
overflowing with cars.
Planner Harrington responded that plans
have been submitted for the expansion of
• the existing Park and Ride facility and
• Mounds View Planning Commission March 3, 1993

for the consolidation of some of the bus
routes going into downtown St. Paul.
Chair Mountin noted for the minutes that
the February 17, 1993 Agenda Session had
been cancelled.
There being no further business before 10. Adjournment
the Commission, Chair Mountin adjourned
the meeting at 7:41 p.m.
