Planner Harrington reported that Jim 5. Staff Report
Benson, 7100 Knollwood Drive, had
contacted City Staff regarding his
request for an oversized accessory
building on his property. Mr. Benson
may be able to add on to his existing
garage rather than building the
accessory structure. If he is able to
do this, Mr. Benson will not need a
Conditional Use Permit. Planner
Harrington indicated that the Planning
Commission would be kept informed on
this matter.
Chair Mountin stated that there had been 6. Report of Chair
a fire at the Mounds View Mobile Home
Park on Monday, April 5th. In the past,
• the Planning Commission has expressed
concern over the fact that the Park does

not have a second, non-blocked
ingress/egress point. Also, the fencing
around the Park creates a "reservation"
type atmosphere. Both of these concerns
need to be addressed by the Commission
in the future.

Session included Commissioners Peterson,
Nelson, Miller and Chair Mountin.
Commissioner Ruggles, Colleen, and
