The Mounds View Planning Commission was 1. Call To Order
called to order by Chair Peterson at
7:45 p.m. on August 16, 1995.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Miller, 2 . Roll Call
Ruggles, Johnston, Colleen, and Chair
Peterson. Commissioner Stevenson had an
excused absence. Commission Nelson is
on Leave of Absence.
ALSO PRESENT: Community Development
Coordinator Harrington was also present.
A representative for the applicant, Bel- 3 . Consideration
Air Builders, was present. of Resolution
No. 424-95
411 Planner Harrington reviewed the Regarding Bel
development review request by Bel Air Air Builders,
Builders. He noted that this item was Coral Sea
discussed at a previous meeting. Street,

Motion/Second: Ruggles/Colleen to No. 419-95
approve Resolution No. 424-95,
recommending approval of the development
review request by Bel Air Builders, 8400
Coral Sea Street.

RESOLUTION NO. 424-95
111 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST
OF MIDWEST I.V. , PLANNING CASE NO. 419-95
WHEREAS, Midwest I.V. has requested City approval to
construct a 29 , 168 square foot Office/Manufacturing facility at
8400 Coral Sea Street; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code
requires that a development review be conducted for all
commercial and industrial developments within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the
following documents regarding this development proposal:
1. Planning Application dated June 1, 1995
2 . Site/Landscape Plan dated July 21, 1995 and
revised August 7, 1995
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that
the proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements
111 of Chapter 1116, Industrial Zone District, of the Mounds View
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS , the Rice Creek Watershed District and the City
of Mounds View Consulting Engineer have reviewed the proposed
drainage plan for the project and recommend approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission recommends approval of the development review
request contingent upon the following:
1) The applicant shall provide landscaping as directed
by the City Forester in his letter dated July 14 ,
1995.
2) The applicant shall enter into a Development
Agreement with the City of Mounds View.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council
prior to approval of the minutes.
