The Commission agreed that this would be a good idea and they asked Staff to prepare an amendment to their bylaws to reflect this change. b. University of Minnesota Design Course: Director Sheldon indicated that • Commissioners Brooks and Stevenson have attended the meetings regarding the Mounds View Planning Commission May 7, 1997 111 Regular Meeting Page 3 redesigning of Highway 10. Ms. Sheldon presented some sketches done by Bill Morrish, the head of the design center, of what might be done with the corridor to create more of a village center. 1 c.
