MEMORANDUM
411
TO: PLANNING COMMISSION
FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, PLANNER i • .
DATE: December 30, 1991
SUBJECT: VARIANCE REQUEST, 2400 COUNTY ROAD J, SYSCO
•
The Minnesota Department of Transportation(MnDOT) has informed City
Staff that they do not need any permanent right-of-way on County
Road J abutting the Sysco property. They will instead utilize a
permanent easement for their right-of-way needs.
However, the Planning Commission will need to adopt a resolution
approving a 10 '-0" variance for the Sysco property to correct a
setback discrepancy on the site which was created due to a City
oversight at the time of the original plat and development. This
resolution will be provided at the meeting on Thursday evening.
