SUBJECT: AGENDA ITEMS - SEPTEMBER 1, 1993
Due to the cancellation of the August 18, 1993 Planning Commission
meeting, all items originally scheduled to be discussed at that
meeting will, instead, be discussed on September 1, 1993 . Please
refer to your August 18 , 1993 packet for details on the items to be
discussed. If you are unable to locate your August 18 packet, let
me know and another one will be provided. Please note that the
Multi-Tech proposal has been removed from the agenda - this was
done at the request of the applicant.
I will be providing "boiler plate" resolutions for consideration on
the two items on Wednesday Evening.

SUBJECT: PEG MOUNTIN FAREWELL
Although we have no regularly scheduled business items, Staff would
like to invite all the Planning Commission members to be at City
Hall on Wednesday at 7:30 for cake and refreshments. Wednesday' s
meeting will be the last for Peg Mountin, who has submitted her
resignation effective September 30. Staff would like to take the
opportunity Wednesday evening to say "thank you" for a job well
done.
