SUBJECT: MINOR SUBDIVISION/LOT COMBINATION
PLANNING CASE NO. 371-93, DOUG JAGUNICH
Staff has drafted the attached resolution for consideration by the
Planning Commission. The resolution references the attached,
revised Certificate of Survey dated January 31, 1994. Please note
that, as directed, the surveyor for the applicant has included the
requested street and utility easements on the property. Also, the
description of the combination of the newly created lot and the
property to the South is included on the Certificate of Survey as
requested.

STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MINOR SUBDIVISION
REQUEST OF DOUG JAGUNICH, 8191 SPRING LAKE ROAD,
PLANNING CASE NO. 371-93
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has
reviewed the proposed minor subdivision request by Doug Jagunich
for the property located at 8191 Spring Lake Road, legally known
as: The north 115 feet of Lot 33, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89,
Ramsey County Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has provided the attached
Certificate of Survey dated December 20, 1993 and revised January
31, 1994, showing two(2) parcels; and
WHEREAS, each of the proposed lots meet minimum lot
standards as set forth in Chapters 40 and 42 of the Mounds View
Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
All Planning Commission recommends approval of the minor subdivision
request by Doug Jagunich, 8191 Spring Lake Road, contingent upon
the following:
1. The applicant pay the park dedication fee of $100. 00 .
2 . This resolution and Certificate of Survey be recorded
with Ramsey County within sixty (60) days of final
adoption.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council
prior to approval of the minutes -
Adopted this 2nd day of February, 1994 .

SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - OUTSIDE SALES
PLANNING CASE NO. 372-94, LINDER'S GREENHOUSES
As directed by the Planning Commission at their January 26, 1994
meeting, Staff has prepared the attached resolution for
consideration.
Please note that on the resolution, the following items will need
to be addressed:
1) Effective dates of the operation.
2) The daily hours of the establishment will need to be
set.
• The attached site plan depicts the location of the structure and
patio as agreed to by the applicant. The site plan is referenced
in the resolution and a copy will be kept on file.

RESOLUTION NO. 376-94
• CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST BY LINDER'S GREENHOUSES,
MOUNDS VIEW SQUARE, PLANNING CASE NO. 372-94
WHEREAS, Pete Linder, representing Linder's
Greenhouses, has requested City approval to conduct open and
outdoor sales at Mounds View Square Shopping Center; and
WHEREAS, the open and outdoor sales would take the form
of a temporary greenhouse facility on the site; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Municipal Code allows open and
outdoor sales in a B-4, Regional Business with the issuance of a
conditional use permit; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the
following documents regarding this proposal:
a) Site plan dated February 1, 1994
b) Letter of request dated December 10, 1993
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that
411 the proposal is in conformance with the requirements of the
Municipal Code, specifically Chapter 40 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission recommends approval of the conditional use
permit with the following conditions:
1. The facility shall be allowed to operate from
, 1994 until , 1994 .
2 . The hours of operation of the facility shall be:
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
directs staff to forward this resolution to the City Council
prior to approval of the minutes.
