At that time, the Commission directed Staff to draft a resolution of approval for the project with the understanding that the final issue to be resolved - available parking on the site - would be discussed at the time of formal action. A second requirement of the Commission was that the applicant receive any necessary approvals from the Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) . Following discussions with the RCWD, the applicant has completed a redelineation of the wetland surrounding the project site and found that there is a slight . impact to what RCWD considers wetland area. Because of this, the applicant has made some minor modifications to the overall site plan. A copy of the modified site plan will be provided Wednesday Evening. Also, Staff will be drafting a resolution for consideration which will provide a starting point for discussion on the modified site plan. If you have any additional questions, please give me a call. •
