RESOLUTION NO. 04-81
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF
CASE 72-81 (MINOR SUBDIVISION)
WHEREAS, initial development of the applicant's neighbor-
hood was not a self-imposed hardship; and
WHEREAS, said development so changed the character of
the area (as far as the applicant was concerned) as to compel
them to relocate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Mounds View recommends that a variance be granted
for a substandard lot B (less then 85' wide) per certificate of
survey dated October 20, 1980, and approve the minor subdivision
(1 lot into 2) for Kenneth Bonin at 8380 Pleasant View Drive.
Final approval of this subdivision will be contingent on thorough
cleanup of both properties before the fileable copy of the deed is
received by the City.
