RESOLUTION NO. 07-81
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE ADOPTION OF REVISED
CHAPTER 32 ENTITLED, "THE PLANNING COMMISSION"
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission during the fall
of 1980 reviewed Chapter 32 entitled, "The Planning Commission" for
update changes; and
WHEREAS, along with modifications to Chapter 32, the Planning
Commission proposes to adopt bylaws for its governance and for the
transaction of its business; and
WHEREAS, there was a joint meeting between the Planning com-
mission and City Council on February 2, 1981, to discuss the revisions
of Chapter 32 and its bylaws; and
WHEREAS, modifications were suggested on February 2, 1981, by
the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends the adoption of Chapter 32 entitled, "The
Planning Commission", as revised by the City Council on February 2,
1981;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission
intends to use the attached bylaws to govern its meetings.
