RESOLUTION NO. 14-81

COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING PLANNING CASE 78-81.
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the
application of John Engberg for approval of a minor subdivision, rezoning
from R-1 to R-2 and duplex development; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed
reports from City Staff and consultants regarding the request and its
application to the Mounds View Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the existing and proposed lots all meet or exceed mini-
mum zoning code requirements; and
WHEREAS, County Road J is considered a minor arterial with an
R-2 buffer being appropriate for this location;
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the. Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends approval of the request by John Engberg to sub-
divide the lot in question into 2 lots, rezone one of the lots to R-2,
two-family and build a two-family residential dwelling on the R-2 lot.
Development agreement exhibits to include the following:
1) site plan
2) plans and specifications
3) grading and drainage plans - Resolution No. 983
4) Resolution No. 983 securtiy deposit
5) Development security deposit
