RESOLUTION NO. 15-81
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING PLANNING CASE '76-81
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the
application of Roger Lammi regarding the rezoning of the property
located at 7980 Groveland Road from R-1 to B-1; and
WHEREAS, the said request for business zoning is inconsistant
with the comprehensive plan update direction which designates medium
density residential as the appropriate use for this
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends to the City Council that the request for rezoning
for the property located at 7980 Groveland Road from R-1, single family
to B-1, neighborhood business, be denied.
