CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR TYSON TRUCK LINES
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed all required submission
materials from the developer; and
WHEREAS, all zoning code requirements have been met; and
WHEREAS, the City consulting engineer has reviewed this
development proposal and submitted a letter of approval subject to
conditions stated in the letter; and
WHEREAS, all development will occur above the 880 topographic
contour elevation which, per the Mounds View Industrial Park Develop-
ment Agreement No. 79-29, is the edge of developable land; and

WHEREAS, screening of the adjacent residential district has
provided thus meeting conditional use requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends approval of Tyson Truck Lines' request to the
Mounds View City Council with the following considerations:
l. A conditional use permit be granted for the motor freight
terminal in an I-l industrial district.
2. A development agreement be drafted to include the follow-
ing provisions:
a) Exhibits
l) site plan modified to include extentions of
the noise barrier along the west corner l8'
south
2) building plans and specifications
3) conditional use permit requirement of a re-
view process for the Pollution Control Agency
noise level standards
4) legal description
5) grading and drainage plan
6) security deposit for grading, landscaping,
paving and striping
