RESOLUTION NO. 18-81
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF DEVELOPMENT
REQUEST BY E. T. HUGHES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the
application of E. T. Hughes Construction Company regarding the devel-
opment of a 4 -unit building at 7624 Edgewood Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City consulting engineer has reviewed this proposal
and submitted a letter of approval; and
WHEREAS, the proposed development is consistant with the land
use as designated in the Comprehensive Land Use Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
I* Commission recommends approval of the request by E. T. Hughes Construc-
tion Company to construct a 4 -unit residential building at 7624 Edgewood
Drive with the following considerations:

1) The recommendations, as outlined in the letter from the
consulting engineer, be adhered to.
2) A development agreement be drafted to include the follow-
ing provisions:
a) site plan
b) plans and specifications
c) Resolution No. 983 requirements and 7 -year security
d) Site security covering costs for paving, striping,
curbing, planting, grading, and drainage.
Adopted this 6th day of May, 1981.
