RESOLUTION NO. 20-81
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING DEFERRAL OF ACTION ON THE DUPLEX
DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL OF HARSTAD-TODD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
WHEREAS, Harstad-Todd Construction Company has applied for
and requested approval to construct a duplex residential unit
located at 5159 Longview Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has adopted Ordinance #301
entitled, "An Ordinance Prohibiting Development of Private Wetland on an
Interim Basis"; and
WHEREAS, this Ordinance states that no authority for new
building development shall be permitted during the interim
period; and
WHEREAS, the site of the proposed duplex is located in part
or totally within a designated wetland and is subject to the
regulations of Ordinance #301;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends deferral of action on this proposed develop-
ment until Ordinance #301 is rescinded.
