RESOLUTION NO. 22-81
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING DEFERRAL OF ACTION ON THE MAJOR
SUBDIVISION REQUEST OF HARSTAD-TODD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
(MARTY'S MANOR)
WHEREAS, Harstad-Todd Construction Company has applied for
and requested approval to subdivide one lot into 13 in the approximate
area of Woodale Drive and Longview Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has adopted Ordinance #301,
entitled "An Ordinance Prohibiting Development of Private Wetlands
on an Interim Basis"; and
WHEREAS, this Ordinance states that no plats or subdivisions
of private lands shall be permitted during the interim period; and
WHEREAS, the site of the proposed major subdivision is lo-
cated in part or totally within a designated wetland and issubject
•to the regulations of Ordinance#301;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends deferral of action on this proposed major
subdivision until Ordinance #301 is rescinded and no longer in
effect.
