RESOLUTION NO. 23-81
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING ACTION ON THE MAJOR SUBDIVISION
REQUEST OF ROBERT EIGENEER (MOUNDS VIEW SQUARE PLAT)
WHEREAS, Robert Eigeneer has applied for and requested approval
to subdivide one lot into 20 at County Road I and Edgewood Drive; and
WHEREAS, the application for subdivision was submitted to the
City of Mounds View on September 26, 1980, and to the Planning Commis-
sion for review shortly thereafter; and
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has adopted Ordinance #301
entitled, "An Ordinance Prohibiting Development of Private Wetlands
on an Interim Basis" with an effective date of March 19, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the site of the proposed major subdivision is located
partly within a designated wetland and mostly outside the wetland;
• NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds Vie Planning

Commission recommend to the City Council that this request be considered
with the following provisions:
1) Platting be allowed only on that portion of land not
designated as "wetland" by Ordinance #301; and
2) Development be allowed on plattable land.
Adopted this 6th day of May, 1981.
