RESOLUTION NO. 26-81
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE
DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL FOR 2400 HIGHWAY #10
WHEREAS, the City has received a request for development
requiring remodeling of 2400 Highway #10; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the
request and found it to be reasonably consistent with the existing
use, zoning and facilities; and
WHEREAS, the site at 2400 Highway #10 has an existing and
historic parking facility use which does not apply to current code
requirements; and
WHEREAS, the remodeling request does not significantly alter
the existing and historic parking facility; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission strongly recommends
that the parking facilities be improved in the future;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends to the City Council approval of the development
for remodeling of off -sale to lounge area for 2400 Highway #10 subject
to the following development agreement considerations:

1) Payment of City's fees and costs regarding the development
agreement review within 30 days receipt.
2) "Best Efforts" requirements in the development agreement
regarding future parking improvement.
3) Security deposit for development agreement.
