RESOLUTION NO. 27-81
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING DEFERRAL OF ACTION ON
THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST OF A. J. POPPELAARS
WHEREAS, A. J. Poppelaars has applied for and requested approval
to construct an 11 unit apartment building at 7662/7664 Woodlawn Drive;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has adopted Ordinance #301,
entitled, "An Ordinance Prohibiting Development of Private Wetlands on
an Interim Basis"; and
WHEREAS, this Ordinance states that no authority for new or
additional building development shall be permitted during the interim
period; and
WHEREAS, the site of the proposed development is located in part
or totally within a designated wetland and is subject to the regulations
of Ordinance #301;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends deferral of action on this development proposal
until Ordinance #301 is rescinded and no longer in effect.
Adopted this 3rd day of June, 1981.
