RESOLUTION NO. 28-81
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING PLANNING CASE 87-81
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the
application of Donald Overson for approval of a minor subdivision of
his property located at 8141 Edgewood Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has received and
reviewed the report from City Staff regarding the request and its
application to the Mounds View Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lots meet minimum zoning code require-
ments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends approval of the minor subdivision request of
Donald Overson with a special assessment being levied on the new lot
and the Park Fund Dedication being paid.
Adopted this 3rd day of June, 1981.
