CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING PLANNING CASE 90-81
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed
the application of Marvin E. Eshelman for approval of a minor
subdivision of his property located at 7465 Spring Lake Road; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has received
and reviewed the report from city staff regarding the request and
its application to the Mounds View Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lots meet minimum Zoning Code require-
ments; and
WHEREAS, prior to the filing of the deed for the minor sub-
division, the existing garage and the existing driveway be either
moved and/or removed to meet code requirements;
•NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends approval of the minor subdivision request of
Marvin Eshelman with the necessary park fund dedication fee being
paid and minimum setback requirements of the existing garage being
met.
