MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 36-81
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE SPECIALIZED
PLANS FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ON TIMING DEVELOPMENT,
WASTE WATER FLOW FORECASTS, INTER -COMMUNITY SEWER SERVICE
AND PROPOSED TRUNK SEWERS
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has submitted to the
Metropolitan Council, its Comprehensive Plan Update for review; and
WHEREAS, the City received official notification on May 27,
1981, that additional information was required with regard to timing
of development, waste water flow forecasts, inter -community sewer
service hookups and proposed trunk sewers; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed
this request and drafted the additional information as requested
attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mounds View Planning
Commission that it recommends to the City Council approval of the
attached specialized plans to be forwarded to the Metropolitan Council
as an attachment to the Comprehensive Plan Update now under review.
