RESOLUTION NO. 38-81
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL OF
AMOCO OIL COMPANY TO REMODEL THEIR
2155 HIGHWAY AVENUE FACILITY, PLANNING CASE 97-81
WHEREAS, the Applicant, Amoco Oil Company, has requested
to remodel the 2155 Highway Avenue facility; and
WHEREAS, the site plan submitted meets minimum Code require-
ments for the new facility proposed; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has also submitted a landscaping plan
which is found to be acceptable to the Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends approval of the Development proposal as sub-
mitted and the granting of a continued Conditional Use Permit for
gasoline sales.
