RESOLUTION NO. 39-81
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL
FOR OFFICE BUILDINGS FROM KRAUS-ANDERSON DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY, CASE 95-81
WHEREAS, the Applicant, Kraus-Anderson/M & E Realty, applying
for a Mixed Planned Unit Development, have received Development Stage
Approval; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has submitted a site plan for two (2)
office buildings, each 19,868 square feet; and
WHEREAS, the site plan meets all minimum zoning requirements
of Mounds View Codes and follows the direction of the Planned Unit
Development Stage Approval; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant, before the issuance of a permit for
construction shown on the site plan, should submit, complete or receive
• the following:
1) Submit Final Plat for recording (Silver Lake Woods)
2) Rezoning of the parcel from I-1 to B-2.
3) Submit a Planned Unit Development Final Stage Plan
(can be staged).
4) Letting of Improvement Project 81-2 for start of Public
Improvement construction.
5) Receive site plan approval from City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends approval of the Development proposal and site
plan as submitted with the above conditions being completed prior to
building permit issuance.
