COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VARIANCE REQUEST FOR
ROBERT PEARSON AT 2565-SHERWOOD ROAD (CASE 98-81)
WHEREAS, the owner of 2565 Sherwood Road, Robert
Pearson, proposes to construct an addition to his home; and
WHEREAS, the addition request is proposed to come
within a distance of 5.5 feet of an existing detached garage;
and
WHEREAS, the City Zoning Code requires a 6 foot setback
between buildings; and
WHEREAS, the Building Code adopted by the City of
Mounds View would allow a 3 foot setback between the garages
and house use; and
• WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds .
that the hardship statement submitted by the owner is in
keeping with the spirit of the Code, thus not impairing it,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission approves the request for a 6 inch variance
for required setback between structures at 2565 Sherwood. Road.
