MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 45-82
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL OF AN
ADDITION, PHASE 2, 2159 MUSTANG DRIVE, BAUER WELDING
AND METAL FABRICATORS, MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE 101-81
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Code, 59.07, requires the review of the
proposed addition, Phase 2, to 2159 Mustang Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed
addition, Phase 2; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the original
submission which included the addition, Phase 2; and
WHEREAS, the original approval of the development was under a previous
Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the proposed
addition, Phase 2, is similar to the original proposal and in keeping with the
spirit and intent of the Zoning Code requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission
recommends approval of the site plan submitted December 15, 1981, in a development
agreement executed to include the following:

1) The following items should be exhibits of the development agreement:
- site plan
- grading plan
- final plans and specifications
- legal description
- Resolution No. 983 requirements
- Resolution No. 983 7 -year security
2) A security in the amount of $10,000 for the site improvements.
3) The following Exhibit 2A conditions should be included:
a) Payment of all City expenses within 30 days.
b) Provide additional parking if necessary in future.
Adopted this 6th day of January,
