RESOLUTION NO. 47-82

STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST
FOR AN OVERSIZED ACCESSORY BUILDING AT 8140 EASTWOOD ROAD
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Code requires a conditional
use permit approval for an accessory building over 218 square feet
in size; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested the keeping of an
existing garage (unattached, 768 square feet) while building a new
home with an attached garage at 8140 Eastwood Road; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Code does restrict the accessory
building to be less than 250 of the rear yard which is not exceeded
by this request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends approval of the conditional use permit request
provided that the following conditions are adhered to:
• 1) The proper use of the building is incidental to the
primary use of the property and used for domestic
storage.
2) That the building be similar and maintained like
the principal structure of the iDroperty.
3) That the accessory building shall not be served by
a permanent or improved driveway surface.
