CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
CCUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR MINOR AUTO REPAIR AT 2848 HIGHWAY 10
WHEREAS, Alexander Diversified Sales, Inc. has requested
a conditional use permit for minor auto repair at 2848 Highway 10;
and
WHEREAS, the property known as 2848 Highway 10 is zoned B-3,
Highway Business; and
WHEREAS, the proposed tire sales and service is a conditional
use permit use known as minor auto repair; and
WHEREAS, the City's previous approval of a conditional use per-
mit for both auto sales and a since removed minor auto repair are no
longer in use on the property; and
WHEREAS, the proposed site plan will meet minimum zoning
•requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends approval of the conditional use permit request
for minor auto repair at 2848 Highway 10 provided that:
1) All work be done inside the building.
2) Any outside storage be adequately screened from the
public view.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission
recommends that the previous conditional use permit requests granted
for this property be officially terminated.
