RESOLUTION NO. 50-82
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REVISION
TO THE SILVER LAKE WOODS DEVELOPMENT STAGE
FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission on May 6,
1981, recommended approval of a development stage for the Silver
Lake Woods Planned Unit Development; and
WHEREAS, part of that recommended approval included town -
homes proposed in Tract D of Registered Land Survey #360 or
Block 1 through 34 of the proposed Silver Lake Woods Plat; and
WHEREAS, the developer, Marvin H. Anderson Construction
Company, has proposed condominiums for the development stage
portion of townhomes in the original planned unit development
in order to provide more affordable housing; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed
the proposed modification and finds it to conform to the Zoning
Code and previous agreement made; and
WHEREAS, the required zoning for the proposed change
would be R-4;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Plan-
ning Commission recommend to the City Council approval of the
revised development stage for the Silver Lake Woods planned unit
development from townhomes to condominiums for portions of Tract
D of Registered Land Survey #360 as presented in the revised plan
from Marvin H. Anderson Construction Co. dated March 22, 1982 and
received March 22, 1982.
