COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION DENYING A VARIANCE REQUEST FOR
2610 LOUISA AVENUE FOR REDUCED SIDE YARD SETBACK
MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE 106-82
WHEREAS, the owners of 2610 Louisa Avenue have requested
a variance for reduced side yard setback of a corner lot for an
addition to their single family structure; and
WHEREAS, the owners have submitted sketches and diagrams
and a statement of hardship explaining the requested variance;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed these
submissions as well as staff reports; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds no unique hardship
regarding the variance request as it pertains to the Mounds View
Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission denies the variance request of the owners of
2610 Louisa Avenue for a reduced side yard setback due to lack
of hardship meeting the requirements of the Mounds View Zoning
Code.
