RESOLUTION NO. 54-82
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF THE
FILL PERMIT REQUESTED BY THE OWNER OF 2609 LOUISA AVENUE
WHEREAS, the owner of 2609 Louisa Avenue has requested
a permit to fill portions of his rear yard; and
WHEREAS, the owner has submitted various sketches
which proposed filling portions of his rear yard; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed
those sketches; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds thatthe proposed
filling would be within the Codes and requirements,.as required
by filling, of the City of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, the owner of 2609 Louisa Avenue has agreed
that he will grade along his side property lines to meet his
neighbor's existing grade lines and at the same time not..provid-
ing additional runoff onto his neighbor's property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
Planning Commission recommends approval of the grading permit as
requested by the owner of 2609 Louisa Avenue provided that the
grading meets the existing conditions of the neighbor's side yards
and that the runoff.is not increased.
Adopted this 5th day of May, 1982.
