RESOLUTION NO. 64-82
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE ADOPTION OF REVISED
CI-IAP`PER 42 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE
ENTITLED, "SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS"
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Charter requires that the
City's ordinances be reviewed at least once every two (2) years;
and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has met and
reviewed Chapter 42 entitled, "Subdivision Regulations";,and
WHEREAS, the Commission, in light of recent revisions to
the Zoning Code and the recommended adoption of a Wetland and
Flood Plain Ordinances, desires to maintain a consistence between
10 these new/revised ordinances and the subdivision regulations; and
WHEREAS, suggested language revisions by the City Attorney
concerning the Wetlands Ordinance and the Director of Parks,
Recreations and Forestry regarding Park Fund Dedication has been
incorporated in this draft;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Plan-
ning Commission recommends to the City Council the adoption of
Chapter 42 entitled, "Subdivision Regulations", a draft being
attached to this resolution;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission refers
Section 42.06, "Fees", to the City Council for their recommenda-
tion.
