RESOLUTION NO. 67-82
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING PLANNING CASE 119-82
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed
the application of Gary Krig for approval of a minor subdivision of
his property located at 8224 Long Lake Road; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has received
and reviewed the report from City staff regarding the request and
its application to the Mounds View Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lots meet minimum Zoning Code require-
ments; and
WHEREAS, existing structures on the property meet minimum
setback requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning
Commission recommends approval of the minor subdivision request of
Gary Krig at 8224 Long Lake Road;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Park Fund Dedication in the
amount of $129.00 be paid prior to the City Clerk approving the deed.
