Update on Medtronic CRM Corporate aC m6
• Opus paid the City $410,354.23 for building permit and utility fees for
the South Building on May 23, 2006.
• M.V. City Council approved on May 22, 2006 revisions to the contract
with G & H Consultants regarding plan review services for the
Medtronic Campus project.
• During the week of June 5th, the steel beams reached the 7th and 8th
floors for the North Building and the setup of steel beams for the
Central Building was begun.
• M.V. City Council approved on June 12, 2006 approving plans and
specs, authorizing advertisement for bids, and setting a bid opening
date of July 13, 2006 for the Medtronic Utility Extension Project.
• B. Reports of Staff (Continued)
• Lunda Construction began construction activities on the County Road
J Reconstruction Project on May 22, 2006.
• Ramsey County held an informational meeting regarding road
construction on County Road J on Tuesday, June 13, 2006.
• During the first week of June work on the stormwater management
pond on the south side of Co. Road J on the former Sysco property
was begun.
